Oak Engage Partner with IF U Care Share for Mental Health Workplace Report

Intranet software experts, Oak Engage are teaming up with renowned mental health charity, If U Care Share to produce their upcoming Mental Health in the Workplace Report.
Oak Engage and If U Care Share will be launching employee surveys in the coming weeks. Everyone is welcome to provide anonymous feedback and for every response made a donation will also be made to If U Care Share.
The Mental Health in the Workplace report comes following the publication of Oak’s 2022 Future of Working Report, and will focus on key areas of employee mental wellbeing, with research through extensive surveys and contributions from industry experts.
The report will include an exploration of these topics:
- Burnout
- Mental health support
- Employee experience/happiness
- Moral injury
If U Care Share, who have operated in the North East of England since 2011, provide a range of suicide prevention and intervention services both regionally and across the UK, as well as support for those who have been affected by suicide.

About If U Care Share
If U Care Share provide a range of services fundamental to their three main aims of prevention, intervention and supporting those bereaved by suicide.
The charity was started by the family of Daniel O’Hare, who tragically took his own life in 2005. His brother Matthew and mother Shirley are still involved with the charity. Their mission remains the same, which is to support, educate and change perceptions around suicide and mental health.
They have operated as a registered charity in the North East since 2011, and whilst suicide prevention and bereavement services operate on a regional basis, they have provided workshops and training to schools, workplaces and sports clubs nationally (including Premier League, EFL and WSL football clubs).
